We offer tender, Low-N- Slow-brisket that's been smoked to perfection, its rich, velvety texture practically melting in your mouth. The meat is generous, the brioche bun is soft, slightly sweet.  Smoked up to 12 hours, (point & flat mix) served with a side of our classic Hickory Smoke Q sauce & Resting Dill Face Pickles. (1) Pulled Pork Sandwich - a mouthwatering delight that's all about tender, juicy, and flavorful meat. Imagine tender shreds of pork that's been slow-cooked to perfection for 12 hours with Hickory wood, in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, until it's so tender it practically falls apart.  The pork is generous served with a soft, sweet brioche bun, often with a generous dollop of the same BBQ sauce it was cooked in. Loosely pulled and served with a side of our classic Hickory Smoke Q sauce & Resting Dill Face Pickles. Bun sealed separately - use it or don't.
