We offer tender, Low-N- Slow-brisket that's been smoked to perfection, its rich, velvety texture practically melting in your mouth. The meat is generous, the brioche bun is soft, slightly sweet. Smoked up to 12 hours, (point & flat mix) served with a side of our classic Hickory Smoke Q sauce & Resting Dill Face Pickles. Bun Sealed separately - use it or don't.
(2) Smoked Brisket, Bacon, Cheddar (BBC) - A true culinary masterpiece. We take the "point" and "flat" of our brisket and smoke it low-and-slow for up to 12 hours, achieving a rich, velvety texture that practically melts in your mouth. We layer this generous portion of brisket with crispy local bacon and creamy cheddar cheese and served with a brioche bun, side of our classic Hickory Smoke Q sauce, & Resting Dill Face Pickles. Bun sealed separately - use it or don't.
You'll receive 4 individually packed lunch bags ready to go when you are! All come with a side of our Classic Coleslaw, Pickles and Hickory Smoke BBQ sauce. Add extra sides, bulk meats, and sweets!
