A perfectly crafted brisket sandwich is a culinary masterpiece. We offer tender, Low-N- Slow-brisket that's been smoked to perfection, its rich, velvety texture practically melting in your mouth. The meat is generous, the brioche bun is soft, slightly sweet.  Smoked up to 12 hours, (point & flat mix) served with a side of our classic Hickory Smoke Q sauce & Resting Dill Face Pickles. Bun Sealed separately from meat - use it or don't.
