We offer tender, Low-N-Slow-brisket that's been smoked to perfection, its rich, velvety texture practically melting in your mouth. local crispy Bacon & Creamy Sliced Cheddar Cheese.  The meat is generous the brioche bun is soft, slightly sweet.  Smoked up to 12 hours, (point & flat mix) served with a side of our classic Hickory Smoke Q sauce & Resting Dill Face pickle slices. Bun sealed separately - use it or don't.
